We're in the Aurelio district, west of the Vatican, in a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, with shops, amenities, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and wine bars right on the doorstep. The metro is just 150 metres away.

About us
Our story
For more than ten years we were a bed & breakfast. After a complete renovation, the house has been transformed into two apartments with independent entrances, which can be combined into a single space when needed, ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people.

What our guests say
A very well-kept and welcoming place. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. An excellent location for public transport (metro line A less than 10 minutes' walk away, buses less than 5 minutes' walk away). Good-value restaurants nearby. Thanks to the owners for their warm welcome and helpfulness.
This B&B has very nice, spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a kitchen area where you have breakfast. In my opinion the property's strong point is its location, as it is in the Aurelia area, very close to the Vatican and to the Baldo degli Ubaldi stop on metro line A. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly.
